True, but Subversion doesn't set the "filesystem" bit to TRUE when
calling apr_fnmatch() to check the ignore patterns, and therefore TSVN
doesn't either.

But I changed it so that it's consistent with Subversion again - the "/"
is now used instead of the "\"...
