But how would you add C:\test\CVS\Entries without adding C:\test\CVS first?
The folder C:\test\CVS matches the exclude pattern, so TSVN should not
even look into that folder to find files in it. It should stop the
directory recursion before comparing C:\test\CVS\Entries to the pattern.

Or am I totally on the wrong track?
