[TSVN] meta merging

I have been doing quite a bit of merging lately (and quite
successfully I might add), but I have found keeping track of what
needs to be merged (and what has already been merged) a challenge. I
currently follow the guidelines in the Subversion book re careful log
messages that indicate what range of revisions was merged.

My question is, where can I find info on the direction Tortoise will
take regarding meta merge functionality, i.e., the ability to track
what has been merged, and hopefully to create merge "sets". Further,
what are some source control systems that already have this
functionality?
