[TSVN] Dry run merge

When you do a dry-run merge, the progress dialog shows all the results
as if a real merge had been done. If you click OK in the merge dialog
and then think "Did I select dry run or not?", there is no way to tell
from the progress dialog. An extra warning line at the end, or a "(Dry
Run)" appended to the title would help distinguish.

Not necessary for 1.1.3 of course.
