[TSVN] "Log messages" dialog layout suggestion

Hi,

In the "Log Messages" dialog, it would be good if the dividers
between the 3 panes were movable (i.e. the panes were not fixed
proportions dialog).

Most of my SVN use involves lots of revisions and (sometimes) lots
of changed files, but generally single-line log messages. Having
the actual log messages take 1/3 of the dialog is not good in that
situation (though I realise it suits other people like that).
