I believe that all commands in 1.2 will have this syntax. svn cat
definitely will. When they add this syntax the behavior also changes
slightly. If the peg revision is not specified it defaults to @HEAD which
in theory should make the current code work.

I am counting on this change fixing a number of similar problems we have in
Subclipse.
