[TSVN] Bug? Check in non-versioned files in commit dialog

Hello, I'm a long time TortoiseSVN user, first time mailing list
subscriber.

I think I found a small bug with the Commit dialog. I'm using
TortoiseSVN 1.1.2 build 2205 on Windows XP Pro. I didn't see any
mention of this in the change log, or in the January 2005 mailing list
archives. But there's a lot of mail in the archives.

To reproduce the bug:

1. In a repo, create a new folder. Then create a new file in that
folder. (e.g. "repo\foo" is the new folder and "repo\foo\bar.txt" is
the new file.) Do NOT add them with "svn add" or tsvn add.

2. Then right-click the root of the repo and select "SVN Commit". The
dialog will show "foo" and "foo\bar.txt" as non-versioned files.

3. Select them both with the check boxes.

4. Click OK

5. Check out a second copy of the repo. "foo" will be there, but
"foo\bar.txt" will be missing!

thanks,

-petri
