Jumping Jellybeans! You are certainly right about that!

With 1.1.1 the commit status took 45 seconds (locally).

With 1.1.2 it takes only 20 seconds initially, but subsequent attempts
take only 5 seconds! I'm not sure if this is OS caching or Tortoise is
doing it.
