[TSVN] TMerge Toolbar (was Resolve conflict request feature)

Stefan is ahead of you again ;-)

But that TMerge toolbar is rather fuzzy in places and would benefit from
the "Lübbe's Magic Paintbrush" (TM) to give it more of an XP look.

In particular:
* Open and Save look a bit like Win3.1 icons
* Reload is very fuzzy, and also looks like the recycle bin
* Whitespace is narrower than it needs to be
* Prev Conflict has a grey tip
