[TSVN] TortoiseSVN-1.1.2-UNICODE_svn-1.1.2 "Crashes" the Win Explorer

I just installed TortoiseSVN-1.1.2-UNICODE_svn-1.1.2.msi on my machine.

My platform:
Dell OPTIPLEX GX280;
MS Windows XP Pro.;
Ver. 2002 Service pack 2;
512M mem;

After installing teh software & restating the system if I "Right click" on a
file icon, Window Explorer crashes (the system does not crash) and if I remove
this installtion the every thing is OK. Is there a way for me to send the error
file to some one in your organization. The log file gets sent to MS
automatically.
