[TSVN] tsvn 1.1.2 gives no warning when checking out to a directory that's not empty

TSVN 1.1.2.2205 gives no warning when checking out to a directory that's
not empty. Is this intended/expected?

I would expect a checkout to be only allowed to an empty or new directory.
