[TSVN] upgraded to 1.1.2 build 2205 and tortoise no longer works

I have upgraded two machines to Tortoise 1.1.2 build 2205 and now both
of the computers can not access the svn files on the subversion server.
I can not check anything out use repobrowser I get the same message for
both. I get on both machines are: "The system cannot find the file
specifited" I have used ethereal and there is no network traffic that
goes from my pc to the tortoirse server.

So while I am using a command like
"svn+ssh://username@ip.address/sda/svn" no traffic is generated from my
machine going to the subversion server.

The subversion server is a Debian box and the two workstations running
the tortoise client is running Microsoft Windows XP, and another one
running Microsoft Windows 2000.
