[TSVN] Relocate the same as switch --relocate?

Is the relocate action in TSVN the same as switch --relocate?

We just dumped and loaded into a new subversion install and the host
name is different -- though the repos *should* be the same though it is
on a newer version (1.1.1 to 1.1.2) and uses fsfs.

I hope this is the proper way to relocate to the new location. I have
done this once and it seemed to be successful...
