But a GUID's not random.

No, I meant these:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\ShellIconOverlayIdentifiers\_TortoiseSVN4

where there wasn't an underscore before the _TortoiseSVN4 entry before last
night's change.
