[TSVN] Option to quickly toggle icon overlays

Hello,

I have an idea for a small feature enhancement:

Option to quickly toggle icon overlays in Explorer.
Ideally, separately for files and directories.

Explanation:

- Scanning folder tree for changes to update icon overlays
takes some time,
especially on a notebook and with a big project.

- Users are browsing folders in Explorer not only to work
with versioned projects.

Solution:

Maybe a toggle button in Explorer toolbar or a chceck-item
in context-menu for
toggling icon overlays?
Maybe two toggle buttons/chceck-items in context-menu, separately
for files and
directories.
