[TSVN] TortoiseSVN - FAQ

Blame operation has problem with forien date display format.
If I use country default date display format, blame doesn\'t work. but
after change date display format to english type such as \"1/6/2005
2:01:28 PM\" everything is OK.
I think blame routine has parsing problem with other date format. (In
my country it is \"2005-01-07 오후 2:01:28\").
