[TSVN] icon-overlay-order (faq suggestion)

Hi -

I'm an avid user of TortoiseSVN and an occasional user of TortoiseCVS.

i've read the FAQ on "why don't my overlay icons appear" and the email
correspondence in the dev list last month.

I found the helpful note of Jens on deleting one of TortoiseCVS's icon
overlays - while this is an "advanced" regedit kind of thing to do, it would
be great if it could be added to the FAQ, as a note on how if you want to
remove one of TCVS' overlays in order to see all the TSVN overlays.
