[TSVN] Nightlies up and running again

I've just uploaded a new version (2316 I think) at 2045GMT. They should
  start again tonight automatically, the builds happen at 0000GMT and
the upload happens at 0100GMT (lasts about 5-10 minutes so should be
completed by 0110GMT).

The nightlies are now building against svn-1.1.2 with no patches applied.

If we do need to apply patches to svn then I will put a txt file with
the nightlies detailing which patches are applied so we have a record
but I'd like to avoid patches if at all possible so we build against a
stable svn source.
