[TSVN] Comit dialog shows "0 files selected" on startup

Hi,

if you start the Commit Dialog it shows "0 files selected, XY files
total" below the ListBox. Also the state of the checkbox "Select /
Deselect All" is wrong.
Normally all files are selected, so this should show: "XY files
selected, XY files total" and the checkbox should be checked.
Unselecting a file results to "-1 files selected, XY files total".

Tested with TortoiseSVN 1.1.2, Build 2205, UNICODE
