[TSVN] Patchlet - spelling mistake in TortoiseProcENG.rc

Hi,

first of all thank you very, very much for TortoiseSVN - it is *the* tool that makes Subversion so much more usable on Windows!

Below please find some patch information which corrects a spelling mistake ("wich" -> "which") in TortoiseProcENG.rc.
