[TSVN] bugtraq links not active when starting via TortoiseProc

I recently enabled the whole set of bugtraq properties for my project,
tying it into a Mantis database. When the log window is opened from
the context menus for folders or files, everything runs as expected:
the links appear, and take me to the appropriate pages.

However, I have a shortcut icon in my taskbar which runs the following
command line:

"C:\Program Files\TortoiseSVN\bin\TortoiseProc.exe" /command:log
/path:"svn://myserver/svn/trunk/"

In the log window opened in this way, the links are inactive: The log says e.g.

Bug ID: 1312

But the 1312 is black-on-white, and not clickable.

(I'm not sure it has anything to do with the TortoiseProc vs. context
menu invocation of the log dialog, but it's the only obvious thing...)

regards,
Assen
