[TSVN] 1.1.2 Language packs not working?

Hello Steve,

I've just installed TSVN 1.1.2 and rebooted the system. TSVN works,
but I cannot select any other language than English. I've tried Dutch
and German. The installation for the language packs places the dlls in
the Languages directory as expected, but the settings dialog only
shows English as available language.

Reboot after the installation of the language packs has no effect.
