[TSVN] TortoiseSVN 1.1.2 released (again)

Hi,

if you've downloaded TortoiseSVN 1.1.2 between the last announcement and
now (during the last two hours), then please download it again.
The version number was still set to 1.1.1 instead of 1.1.2 - not a big
deal but maybe confusing.
So the corrected version is now online.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
