[TSVN] 1.1.2 binaries have wrong version numbers

Hi Stefan,

you forgot to update the version.in and the property dialog of
TortoiseProc.exe and TortoiseMerge.exe show Version 1.1.1.2205 instead
of 1.1.2.2205
Even the About Dialog claims now that it is "TortoiseSVN 1.1.1, Build
2205, UNICODE"

Maybe this will confuse some users...
