[TSVN] Entering log message problem

Hello,
In current (nightly build) TSVN version I can't enter Polish letter "±"
(ACSI:185) into log message. When I'm pressing 'right Alt'+ 'A' key
combination, I'm getting the whole text selected instead. I now that Ctrl+A
is a standard shortcut to select something. Right Alt key represents in fact
Ctrl+Alt combination, so that is probably the reason of that bad behaviour.
So I think that the 'Ctrl+A' and the 'Ctrl+Alt+A' key combinations must be
distinguished in some way.
