Have you looked at Anhksvn? That's VS integration for SVN. I'm not sure
if the project's active at the moment, but it was pretty good when I last
tried it. Things like Diff aren't nearly as good as TMerge, though.

But like you say, at the moment it's just as easy to use TSVN - I just do a
CTRL-O, and do everything via a file-open dialog.
