This isn't possible anymore, see ChangeLog.txt:
- CHG: Removed the _tsvnexcluderecursive and _tsvnexcludethis
filehandling. Use the paths in the settings dialog
instead. (Stefan)
The docs in newer nightly builds are already updated.
