[TSVN] overlays visible in *some* file open dialogs (PE Resource Explorer)

I have checked the "Show overlays only in explorer" option, but in "open
file" dialogs of PE Resource Explorer v1.2.0.1, it still displays the
ovelay icons.

listed as 2.0.0.1)

The open dialog looks perfectly normal, like the default Open file
dialog that notepad uses. I can provide a screenshot if you like.

I have not found any other application with this problem.

I don't know if this is a problem of the other program or of TSVN, but I
thought I'd let you know anyway.

I use WinXP SP1, TSVN v1.1.1 build 2178 UNICODE (nightly).
