[TSVN] No move handler?

I'm using v1.1.1.1857 on W2K, and there does not appear to be a Move in
Subversion option in the right click drag and drop context menu. I am trying
to move the files and directories from one versioned directory to another
versioned directory in the same repo. All I get in the context menu though
is "Subversion export here", and "Subversion export all here". The move
option used to be there, but is not there anymore. I checked in the TSVN
settings dialog, and could not find anything to add/remove options from the
drag and drop context menu. What am I doing wrong?
