As you may have noticed, we are using a pre-made FAQ tool. This would be a
change request on the phpMyFAQ homepage.

The same applies here. We are just using the standard stylesheet provided
with the FAQ tool. It's not much work to change it, but it is work. If you
feel comfortable with css, you are welcome to design a high-contrast css and
post it on mailto:patches@tortoisesvn.tigris.org and on the phpMyFAQ
developer list.
