Yes it is. But the alphabetical order of the COM-GUID's - and TSVN has
the higer GUID's than TCVS. I could change that, but I fear that we
would end up in a fight TSVN<->TCVS which can only end by both project
using 0000-0000.... GUID's.

The locking icon won't appear.

Good luck with that! I had a hard time to convice them to not add even
more overlay icons to TCVS! Took several mails with the devs there
until they realized that other programs might need an overlay slot
too, not just TCVS.
