This is Subversion doing the moving wrong. I just reported it on the
Subversion dev mailing list, with a detailed reproduction recipe using
the command line client.
I'm not sure if it's really a bug, but at least an unexpected behaviour.
Let's wait a little for the Subversion devs to answer...
