[TSVN] KILLME file stopping clean up?

I moved a bunch of directories and files to another directory, and now I'm
getting WC locked errors everywhere. When I try cleaning up, I get a message
saying that the file KILLME already exists. What can I do to workaround
this? Do I have to actually go and delete my working copy and check it out
again? I looked in the repo, and it looks like the commit worked fine, just
that now I can't do anything with my WC. Any tips, help, or workarounds?
