[TSVN] Feature request

Hi.

After having fiddled around a bit with SSPI auth on Win32 I just now
realized that TCVS doesn't seem to require entering username and password.
Wasn't there something called transparent login where you would just
automatically get logged in as long as you where logged in in windows? Or
does n't that work for TSVN the same way? SSPI + Apache/Subversion seem
awfully case sensitive...
