[TSVN] move menu is missing

Hi,

TSVN Version 1.1.1, Build 1857.

I just tried to move some files in my working copy. Haven't done this for
quite a while, but remember it working for me. With this version, I
right-drag some files in a different folder of the working copy and I only
get these menu entries:

Subversion export here
Subversion export all here
--------
Copy here
Move here
Create shortcut
--------
Cancel

Where are the entries "Subversion move here" and "Subversion copy here" ?

I tried this for a lot of different combinations of files and folders, and I
cannot get the move file menu.
Any suggestions?
