You can read how the integration is done by reading our specifications
(which we created by discussing the issue with bugtracking vendors and
other Subversion client devs). The document is located here:

About which bug-tracking systems are supported: that depends (sorry for
that kind of answer). But if you read the document, you will see that
each bugtracking system can add additional integration by creating hooks
for Subversion. If a bugtracking system doesn't do anything, you can
still have basic integration in TSVN and other Subversion GUI clients by
a provided URL to the issue.
