I just created and uploaded a TortoiseSVN 1.1.1 installer based on your .po
file. "missing hotkeys" are the accelerator keys like "&Save as..."
There are no hotkeys missing in both translations you sent me. I will update
the web page now. We never had Brazilian at 100% before. A rare sight!
