[TSVN] Checkout error

I have tortoisesvn 1.1.1 installed on a Windows XP machine at work.
 
I right click on the folder, then click on checkout and then enter the URL(http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/webservices/axis)
 and then click OK. I get the following error:
PROPFIND request failed on '/repos/asf/webservices/axis'
PROPFIND of '/repos/asf/webservices/axis': Could not parse response status line.
(http://svn.apache.org)

I have installed the same at home on a Windows XP box and I don't get an error there. BTW I have a firewall installed on my home PC.

Any ideas why I get this error?
