Indeed it is (was).

There were various awfulnesses in TMerge which made it unusable on very
large files.

I have fixed these now, and will try and get a patch out this
evening. (Not around tomorrow.)

I can now diff two 10Meg files (about 160000 lines) against each other no
problem. It takes about 6 seconds from starting until they're
displayed. This could probably be improved, but is probably good enough
for now.

I am developing a machine which frequently makes 200MB log files while I'm
looking the wrong way - no shortage of big test text files here!
