I'll do that.

I've also split-up MatchIgnorePattern, so that the
svn_wc_get_default_ignores can be called just once.

This seems to be an expensive function.

I haven't finished with the commit yet...!

But the checkouts can be very slow in SVN, so I'm not sure there's going to
be so much scope!
