[TSVN] No 'Add' for unversioned files in 'Check for modifications'

It would be useful to be able to add unversioned files in the check for
modifications dialog. Would it be possible to add this item to the
context menu?

Also, any chance it could remember the previous state of the 'Show
unversioned files' check?

(Or has that discussion already been had and I've missed it, in that
case don't flame me too much :) )
