Believe me: that's nothing to do with TSVN. I have the same here on my
dev machine sometimes, and TSVN isn't installed here (couldn't
compile/overwrite the dlls if it were).
That's a bug in explorer. But you don't have to kill explorer.exe, just
be patient and wait a while - clicking on the progress dialog sometimes
helps too.
