Tried with nightly build from http://mapcar.org/tsvn-snapshots/latest/
claiming to be rev 2085. Is it the latest ?
As to 'no-auth-cache' - do you mean 'store-auth-creds' ? If so then no,
I do not have in APPDATA\Subversion\config.
