[TSVN] Subversion tab in explorer properties dialog shows 01.01.1970

Hi,

in Explorer properties in the Subversion tab the "Text Status" and
"Property Status" show "01:00:00, Donnerstag, 1. Januar 1970" (German
Windows).
I think it would be better to show a "N/A" or something like this
instead of this date (I know it is 0 in the unix epoche).
svn cli doesn't seem to output anything for this (svn info).
