[TSVN] SVN Update sometimes does not update

Steve,

I have reports from a colleague, that sometimes the "svn update" command
in TSVN does not work. It either does not update all the files, or does
nothing at all even if the repository is on a newer revision (my
colleague did not remember, so I can not be more precise here).

I have noticed this myself one time, when updating the subversion trunk.
In my case TSVN did not update any file at all. This is by the way where
the crash report came from that I sent you some days ago.

When you try the same operation again immediately, it works fine. So the
problem is only intermittend, so far with no recipe to reproduce it. We
don't know if it happens with the command line client as well, because
we rarely use it. And even if the bug shows up in TSVN, it works on a
second try, so there is little chance to compare to the command line client.

Norbert
