(It was about a message not showing when trying to fetch externals
which refers to hosts not present in the network)

Ok. Now I've tried with TortoiseSVN 1.1.1, Build 2075, UNICODE and it
now works as expected:

PROPFIND request failed on '...'. PROPFIND of '...': Could not resolve
hostname '...': Host unknown. (https://...:port)
