Fixed in revision 2081.

Fixed in revision 2082.

Move the en_US.* files into the /bin/ folder. The folder structure of
the TSVN installation recently changed, so that's why the
spellchecking files can't be found anymore in the TortoiseSVN folder,
but only in the TortoiseSVN/bin folder.
