Why does TortoiseSVN launch Notepad when trying to view a Microsoft Word
document from the history log.

To repeat behaviour:
1. Select a Microsoft Word file.
2. Choose TortoiseSVN -> Show Log from the Internet Explorer.
3. Highlight a previosu version from list.
4. Select Open from context sensitive menu.

On my system this launches Notepad, with obvious problems. I\'ve tried
to set the svn:mime-type on the file to application/msword to no avail.
Any suggestions would be welcome.
