[TSVN] File ignored in commit dialog

Hi,

When using TSVN with a Dev-CPP project, there is a [project].layout
file in the project home directory. I have NOT ignored this file, but
it is not mentioned in the commit dialog as an unversioned file.

How come?

Using TortoiseSVN 1.1.1, Build 1857, UNICODE on XP (Service Pack 2).
