Yes. Stefan says WIN98 is officially unsupported (or maybe it was that
he doesn't have a WIN98 system to test it on, which is effectively the
same thing) so it's not likely to get fixed.

You can still type the url into the box and use it that way.

We've seen this problem with several successive versions of TSVN.
Since we don't visit the repository browser evry often and there's a way
of avoiding the problem when we do, we can live with it.
